In this tutorial I have showed how to mane pics like shown in uper image. There are few steps only for details watch tutorial on YouTube. Link⏬

Follow this steps for this editing.

Steps 1 :  open PicsArt and pick cover 1024*1024.

Step 2: insert and an adjust image,

Step 3: press save arrow and select edit image.

Step 4: apply florea effect and adjust fade.

Step 5: apply rainbow effect and adjust fade.

Step 6: insert  one of given blow spalish, set its blend to screen and adjust size.

Step 7: crop the image and save it

THATS ALL
